But my fav thing is the shockwave therapy right now 😭 I have been working on my posture for a few years and recently got jaw surgery and a tongue tie release. Dr. Hammett was a great support to have along the way. I think the shockwave was super crucial for me and I’ve tried all different kinds of modalities. The way it non invasively breaks down scar tissue really sped up my recovery and released a lot of tension for me 🙏 worth giving it a try because 1 session might do a lot for you.
